The National Public Procurement Agency (LKPP) has collaborated with MCA-Indonesia to support equal participation between women and men as professional procurement officers as well as vendors. Through this partnership, LKPP and MCA-Indonesia initiated the formation of a forum originally called Women’s Circle. Upon agreement of the initiators, the forum was officially re-launched under the name of the Indonesia Public Procurement Female Officers Forum (FP4I).

This forum aims as a place to meet, dialogue and network regularly and continuously both formal and informal for the improvement of professionalism and leveraged position for women as government procurement officer, either individually or group or institutional. FP4I’s membership is open to all women who working in the procurement of government goods and services.


  • Become a strategic, advanced and main forum for women empowerment in procurement of public goods and services.


  • To optimize the access, participation and contribution of women in professional procurement of public goods and services.
  • To increase women’s capacity and role in public procurement.
  • To strengthen women to develop their career to a higher level.
  • To strengthen women’s bargaining positions as policymakers.
